Challenge:
To create clean, accessible and mobile-friendly website themes that are easy to manage, modern UI/UX and will cut down on the amount of time our internal Design team will spend on custom implementations.
Defining Goals + Process:
Goal: Increase adoption of the Website Design + Content module and limit client customizations. To accomplish this I first focused on identifying our key demographics. Did some competitive research online to discover any new trends or best practices in UI/UX for the events space and then developed some wireframes. Moved on to some lo-fi layouts and then build out the fully-designed mockups in Sketch. The only stakeholders involved here were Project Managers and the Design team so we moved into the frontend stage leveraging the Bootstrap framework, HTML 5 and jQuery.
